Description

This is a notice of intent that Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Robins Air Force Base anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order to acquire: Skin Assembly, Cargo Ramp for the quantity of one (1) for the following ND number: 1560ND163879LLG, P/N 362922-4. The end item for the equipment is for the repair of a C-130 Cargo Ramp. This will be a one-time purchase only. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Crestwood Technology Group Corp (CAGE Code: 1S5X8) under authority of FAR 6.302-2. However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal(s). This notice is a request for proposals. All proposals received within the 7 days after issuance of solicitation will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a Statement of Capabilities to contracting officer. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete the contract based upon an assessment of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
