Description

AMENDMENT #3 to SOLICITATION - 9 May 2019 The purpose of this amendment it to: 1. Update RFP - SME Support and COCOM and OPFOR are now CPFF, add Consumables and POL as CPFF to RFP 2. Add attachment 17 update 3. Change response date to 30 May 2019 - 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time 4. Include Amendment 01 5. Two copies of the proposal shall be provided at submission 6. Change RFP section L.2.2 to remove "each paragraph shall be separated by at least one blank line." 7. Add acronym list to L.5 and it will be part of Vol 5 - Admin 8. Update Attachment_1_-_PWS_-_Follow-on_Appendix_A_Update_Amendment_3 9. Update Attachment_1_-_PWS_-_Follow-on_TSOMIS_Final_Amendment_3 10. Update Consolidated_Question_Set_5-7-19_Amendment_3_Final 11. Upload Amendment 3, amendment 1 and conform copy of RFP up to amendment 3 12.
