Description
Amendment 0003 (Three): This amendment accomplishes an extension of the response period to Friday, May 17, 2019, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Please note, another amendment will be processed to answer the remaining questions. Note, Amendment 0003 will need to be signed and provided with your response. Amendment (Two) 0002: The following changes have been made: 1) The SF-1442, terms and conditions, Statement of Work, READ ME FIRST document, Attachment 11 Picture of Drums and Attachment 12 Questions & Answers (from 04/16/2019-04/23/2019) have been modified or added to this amendment. Response date has been changed to 05/10/2019, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Also, all questions must be received by Friday, May 03, 2019, 5:00pm PST. No further changes have been made. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #140P8319R0006 is for remediation of targeted soil removal and to restore to safe levels for visitors and employees as directed at the Decision Unit-Northeast-1 (DU-NE-1) Site at the Ft Vancouver National Historic Site, in Vancouver, Washington. In addition, the Contractor will dispose 11 steel drums (55-gallon type) previously stockpiled with potentially lead contaminated soil. Additional details are provided in the Statement of Work PROJECT LOCATION: Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, at the Decision Unit-Northeast-1 (DU-NE-1) Site, 612 E. Reserve St. Vancouver, Washington in Clark County. The NAICS code for this project is 562910, Remediation Services and the small business size standard of 750 employees. All work will be performed under a single firm fixed priced construction contract subject to the Contract Wage (Construction) Statue. The estimated magnitude of this construction project, including options, is between $250,000 and $500,000. ATTACHMENTS for THIS SOLICITATION. There are ten (10) attachments not including the SF-1442 with attached terms and conditions. These attachments can be accessed via the link to FedConnect or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Once at the FedConnect home page, click "Search Public Opportunities Only." Change the drop-down menu selection to read "Reference Number," then type in solicitation number 140P8319R0006 and click "search."
