Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has a requirement for VISN wide Transcription Services which will service the Veteran Medical Facilities located at the W.J.B. Dorn VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. This contract will have the option to include additional locations within VISN 7 the region if the need exists in the future. The period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) one-year option periods. days after award. Set- Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) NAICS Code: 561410 Document Preparation Services Small Business Size Standard $15 Million Product Service Code R603 Transcription Services Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation when it is posted. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. Posting of the solicitation is forthcoming. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. The Government will evaluate proposals and select the successful offeror using the best value trade off approach. This process permits tradeoffs between non-cost factors and cost/price and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal or other than the highest technically rated proposal to achieve a best value contract award based on established evaluation criteria. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract. All contractors must have an active Vendor Information Pages account (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) reflecting they are currently registered as an SDVOSB.
