Description

This is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to enter into a sole source contract with Sumitomo Drive Technologies to provide six (6) remanufactured speed reducers for a 30M antenna control system. The proposed vendor provided the original speed reducers which were specifically designed and manufactured for the current antenna system. As such, they are uniquely qualified to provide the remanufactured speed reducers to meet the exact form fit, and function required to interface with the existing antenna system. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
