- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the intent of the 763rd Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS) to award a Single Source, firm-fixed-priced (FFP) contract to Justrite Safety Group (Justrite), doing business as Basic Concepts Incorporated, located at 1310 Harris Bridge Road, Anderson, South Carolina, 29621 for the procurement of one, 210K All Terrain Berm (ATB) Kit. Headquarters Air Mobility Command's Directorate of Air, Space and Information Operations' Joint National Training Programs Branch (HQ AMC/A3YO) requires the purchase of one, 210K ATB Kit in support of the 2019 Mobility Guardian Exercise (MGE). The MGE is the premier Mobility Air Forces (MAF) readiness exercise which helps train and improve the abilities of the United States (US) and its international partners' air mobility operations skills. The 210K ATB's primary function is to serve as an above ground portable secondary containment system capable of holding up to 231,000 gallons of fuel. Each kit includes a 32-ounce polyurethane liner, aluminum A-frames (and brace supports), 100'x100' protective ground tarp, shipping crates, and all additional hardware required for assembly. The unique components of the 210K ATB, collapsible aluminum A-frames and a wave-guard extension feature, are exclusive to Justrite under US Patent Number 8662335. Delivery to Fairchild Air Force Base (FAFB), Washington (WA) is required by 15 Aug 19. The Government anticipates a single source award to Justrite utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13, as supplemented.
