- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY intends to award a single contract for AirTraffic Control Marking within Wheeler-Sack Army Airfield (WSAAF) at Fort Drum, NY. The contract type will be a Requirements Contract with Fixed Unit Prices (IAW FAR 16.503 Requirements Contracts). This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with painting air traffic control markings located WSAAF at Fort Drum, NY in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract with one (1), 60-month ordering period, running from approximately 01 July 2019 through 31 May 2024. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-19-B-8002 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 237310 Highway Street, and Bridge Construction (public or private), with a size standard of $36.5 Million. The Government anticipates the total estimated cost of this Requirements Contract to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the 60-month ordering period. Upon release to the public, the IFB as well as any amendments will be available at the FedBizzOpps website https://www.fbo.gov/. The IFB will specify the actual date and time for bid receipt.
