- 1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) has a requirement for grounds maintainence and custodial services for the 9th MSC Headquarters, located at the US. Army Reserve Center located in Saipan. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local, and Federal regulation for grounds maintainence and custodial services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2019).
