- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Standard & Poor's Financial Services, LLC for access to financial data through Compustat software licenses. The financial analysis software data available through Compustat is used by OCC to understand industry risk through business cycles and continued use is required so as not to disrupt current activities. The OCC requires access to extensive historical financial data and an aggregation of this data by industry. The base period of performance is from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, with options for four 12-month periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
