Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The solicitation covers short-term rental of furniture to be used as Welcome Kits for the US Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy. Furthermore, the solicitation contemplates three separate unilateral options for the inclusion of the US Consulates General in Florence, Naples and Milan. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. The Government reserves itself the right to proceed with a multiple-award. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Total estimated number of apartments to be served: 80 per year. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2019. Please note that in order to be eligible for a US Government award SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. Electronic offers are required. Instructions will be detailed in the solicitation text.
