- Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform grass cutting, vegetation control, herbiciding and landscaping to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at Pililaau Military Range (PMR), Schofield Barracks (SBMR), South Range Acquisition Area (SRAA), Dillingham Military Range (DMR), Kahuku Training Area (KTA), East Range (ER) and Drum Road/Poamoho Bypass on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal, State, and County regulations and commercial standards. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
