- The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, (JBSA-Randolph) TX, 78150, is conducting market research to determine industry capability to provide a portable loading dock or ramp as described at Attachment 1. The 502d Logistics Readiness Squadron, located at JBSA-Lackland, TX, will use the ramp at their Air Terminal, to offload multiple tractor-trailers utilizing forklifts or load/offload trucks and trailers from flatbed tractor-trailers.
