- The GSA Northwest/Arctic Region is planning to solicit for two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction projects in federally owned and leased facilities located in Washington and Oregon. This notice is requesting participation from firms within the construction industry regarding the availability and interest by different socio-economic categories within the Small Business community. GSA is seeking responses from Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) in the 8(a) program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone) firms to assess the potential level of participation by various categories in this effort.
