In addition to providing your company s capability statement as it pertains to the requirements of this Sources Sought Notice, interested and capable firms are also required to provide answers to the following questions. Does the high-fidelity manikin you provide come with system/software updates? Does the high-fidelity manikin come in different skin tone colors? Does the high-fidelity manikin come with all software licenses need for the system? What are the terms of the one to four-year manufacture warranty; does this include shipping of the device to and from Contractor/VA Location for repair if needed in that warranty period?
