- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations part 5.201, the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration Office (DOL/ETA) hereby issues this notice of intent for a six-month sole source procurement. DOL/ETA intends to award a six-month sole source contract (with one, six month option) to Adams and Associates for the continued operation of the Atterbury Job Corps Center located at 1025A Hospital Road, Edinburgh, IN 46124.
