- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 326140 - Polystyrene Foam Product Manufacturing. This procurement action is for CLIN 0001-0003 to include various Foam Components for housing the Army's newly acquired Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) Guided Rocket, a member of the Hydra family of tactical rockets, for end use at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Richmond, Kentucky. CLIN's 0001-0003 will consist of the following components: CLIN 0001, Foam Collar Tube, CLIN 0002 Collar Tube Couter Bore, and CLIN 0003 is AFT Cushion Assembly. This procurement action will be 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, and will be a firm fixed price type contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
