- NOTE - AMENDMENT NO. 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to delete the CLIN 0005 requirement for Commercial Installation, as an award requirement under Solicitation RFQ 75D301-19-Q-69807. As a result of this change, Section D.9 Vouchers is revised, and Provision F.3 FAR 52.212-1 - Evaluation - Commercial Items (OCT 2014) is revised in the enclosed RFQ update. Evaluation and award will be based on the low priced technically acceptable proposed system meeting the Requiremetns of the Statement of Work, with an acceptable record of past performance. The due date of the solicitation is extended to 03:00 PM Eastern time 05/20/19, by this amendment. Responses under this amendment are extended to 03:00 PM Eastern time 05/20/11. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
