- This is a notification of the government's intention to award a sole source contract to: IMG College, LLC 540 Trade Street Wisnton Salem, NC 27101-29153 This company has the sole rights to advertise within the University of Syracuse, as specified in the attached scope of work. This notice will serve as the only notification of the government's intention to sole source as well as the solicitation. A paper soliciation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with cwritten onfirmation from the University of Syracuse regarding on the rightsto. Please ensure written documentation from the Univerysity of Syracuse is included in addition to the capability statement. The basis of award: An award will be issued to the vendor who meets the specifications as stated in the performance work statement (PWS) attached. Set-Aside: No set-aside will be used.
