- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intends to award a purchase order to Orchid Inc., located in Bethesda, MD 20817 for the renewal of Membership from May 1st, 2019 till May 31st 2020 as Base and we will reserve the right to exercise Option Years. ORCID Inc is the sole source of this membership service to track PIs and their publications or grant applications... In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. This solicitation is not a Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; all responses received, before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that this posting will be available ten (10) days after the publication date of this synopsis. All interested parties to this solicitation may request a copy of the RFQ package in writing to the attention of Mr. Moe FILALI at Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) 6710B Rockledge Drive, Room 1119A Bethesda, MD 20892 or via email Moe.filali@nih.gov. All offers must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number no later than May 29th 2019 at 3pm ET. Email addresses are encouraged but not mandatory.
