- The Air National Guard (ANG) Office of the Air Surgeon (NGB/SG) has a requirement for comprehensive specimen collection services issued on a firm fixed-price contract for one twelve (12) month base year and four (4) one-year options. The requirements are located in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which is attached.
