- QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. Could you please tell me if the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number 1333BJ19Q00142006 on FBO contains requirements similar to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement? New requirement 2. If possible, can you please provide the most recent contract or task order number? N/A 3. Is there a specific contracting/award vehicle that will be used i.e. BPA, IDIQ) for this opportunity? Or can a vendor that does not have a BPA/IDIQ bid on this opportunity? No existing contract vehicle is being used. A Purchase Order will be awarded to the successful offeror. 4. When is the projected award date? Early June 5. If the projected award date is not met, will there be an extension of the August 31, 2019 delivery date? No. During the term of work, USPTO will be interacting with the contractor to help answer questions and provide feedback which will involve drafts prior to the final report delivery. If needed, we may extend the due date for the final report. 6. Should bidders assume that the firm that is awarded the Privacy Landscape Paper (Solicitation 1333BJ19Q00142004) is likely going to be the incumbent for this award? No 7. Is there a projected budget for this project? No. The Government will evaluate proposed pricing on the basis of price reasonableness. 8. Will payments issuance be at the completion of work exclusively or is this based on a task/deliverable basis as determined with the TPOC? Completion of work.
