- This solicitation will result in a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.501.(a)(1)(ii) for, a Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Repair service, for a base year and two option years, in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is 17 May 2019. Principle place of performance will be Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing https://www.fbo.gov.
