- Description: The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Mechanical Transmission. Input NSN: 1615-01-397-9921, 1615-01-464-3974 Output NSN: 1615-01-464-3974 Input P/N: 145D5300-16, 145D5300-20 Output P/N: 145D5300-20 Quantity: 30 Minimum - 120 Maximum (Includes 20 FMS) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (4) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 30 each and a maximum quantity of 120 each. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales of 20 each. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency's requirement. This item IS a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Technical data, to include Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) DMWR-55-1615-325 and all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) are available for this overhaul requirement. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) IS required. This procurement is restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or the following approved sources: Boeing Helicopter INC. (CAGE 77272) Heligear Acq Co, DBA Northstar Aerospace (CAGE 22907) Columbia Helicopters (CAGE 7W206) Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email.
