Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, this requirement has been identified as a non-competitive contract action. Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is identified as the only source authorized to supply this fuel requirement within Kuwait. It is DLA Energy's intent to enter into a contractual arrangement with KPC for this requirement. Bulk fuels requirement for an estimated 62,000,000 USG Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN 9130-00-753-5026; 28,000,000 Diesel Fuel (DF2), NSN 9140-00-286-5294; 4,500,000 USG Unleaded Mid-Grade, Motor Gasoline (MUR), NSN 9130-00-148-7103; delivered FOB origin into tank truck within Kuwait. Period of performance is from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 with a 30-day carry-over period. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
