- This is a requirement for CCTV & Intercom Voice System as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-19-U-0122 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for this NAICS code is 517311 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the Primary Point of Contact in the RFQ. When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments. Question submittal ends: 7 June 2019, at 1:00 pm (EST) For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please use the pass request format and submit 72-hrs prior to obtaining a pass. Passess can be pickup at the Dukes Visitor Control Center, 500 Lee Ave. Building 5228, Fort Lee, VA 238010 (See Fort Lee Temporary Visitor Passes and the DES Form 190-3 attachments). Site Visit.
