- Amendment 0001 removes the option quantities from this solicitation. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole source, Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0003 with Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc. (KUAS), 5381 Raley BLVD, Sacramento CA, 95838 for the procurement of Spares for the BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) and will have a delivery date up to 20 months. This procurement is anticipated to include the following: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
