- This is a market survey issued by the FAA to identify any additional sources capable of providing approved components configured to interface with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Mobile Surveillance Capability (MSC) system. These components establish Cursor on Target (CoT) network communication capabilities to allow interoperability between MSC vehicles. This is a one time purchase of existing equipment that has been configured, tested and approved for use in CBP's MSC system. The MSC program is under strict configuration control and Syzgy Integration is the only approved source capable of providing the items, shown below in the required configuration to meet this requirement. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing a response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. In preparing a response, interested parties must be capable of furnishing all labor, tools, parts, software/hardware/firmware, expendable and consumable items, and provide a clear statement that they have access to the technical data and proprietary information necessary to meet this requirement. All responses to this market survey must be received by 4:00 p.m. Central (Oklahoma) Time, Thursday, May 23, 2019.
