Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order under Dual Band Radar (DBR) Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N00024-18-G-5501 between the United States Navy and Raytheon, Co., Integrated Defense System of Tewksbury, MA for procurement, on a sole-source basis, for FY19 DBR systems engineering in support of obsolescence resolution and delivery of a Technical Data Package for SPY-3. The contemplated contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Raytheon is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
