Description

Virtual Reality Upgrade to Mixed Reality The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for Virtual Reality (VR) Upgrade to Mixed Reality (MR) at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, logistics, tools and materials to modify the current VR equipment (12 systems) at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) in accordance with the tasks and objectives found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation will be unrestricted with NO set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611512. The size standard for NAICS 611512 is $27.5M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. However, the Government reserves the right to change this evaluation method after considering responses from industry. The anticipated deliverable dates are found in the SOW. Anticipated timeline: 15-day Synopsis (16 May - 31 May) Week 1 (16 May - 22 May) Week 2 (23 May - 31 May) 30-day Solicitation (1 June - 30 June) Award (15 July) NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
