Description
Subj: STATEMENT OF WORK The U.S. Navy Band requires professional lighting and sound services for its upcoming Concerts on the Avenue at the Navy Memorial in Washington, DC. The number of Rigging, Lighting, and Sound Technicians has been determined to adequately service the concert event as well as conduct the delivery, placement and operation of an appropriate lighting system. The agreement will cover (7) separate dates and times as follows for 2019: JUN 4, JUN 11, JUN 25, JUL 23, JUL 30, AUG 6, and AUG 13, 2019-Set up starting no earlier than 1500 to be completed by 1830, Concert time is 1930 with a duration of no more than 90 minutes. The break down and load out will occur immediately following the conclusion of each concert. The following is deemed necessary in support of a production of this size and scope. Lighting and Sound Service Personnel. Lighting Technicians, Sound Technicians, and riggers as deemed appropriate by the vendor for the scope of work requested. At least (1) lighting technician, and (1) sound technician will remain available during each concert performance to provide onsite trouble shooting, should any issues arise. Transportation of equipment and personnel for (7) concerts will be provided by vendor for each individual evolution. Professional Lighting System. Lighting Assembly per the following specifications: (16) Source 4 Pars with clamps, safety and gel frames. In addition, (8) Waterproof LED ™s per concert event (LED ™s must have a śwarm ť color cast, not śblues. ť) Lighting control equipment and cabling appropriate for scope to be included, i.e. 1 Leprecon 6-24 (24X48) DMX, or Multiplex {24 X 48}, 4 Cyber pack DMX. Lighting Support. Rigging will be provided to support each fixture and placed on site to appropriately light performance area, at a minimum, to include: (4) each AE 16 lifts, (4) each Crank Tower T-bar, 4 feet, and (8) each cable ramps. Speaker Support. (2) 25 ™ R-Genie ST-25 ™s to fly rented speakers listed below Professional Sound System. To include (20) R-Meyer MINA, (1) R-Meyer Leopard Drive, (2) R-Meyer MG-MINA, (1) R-Rigging, (20) R-Meyer Rain Covers, (1) R-AC Cable, (2) R-Whirlwind Mini 6, (1) R-Tarps, (1) R-Workbox, Site Advance. Vendor MUST visit site in consultation with Navy Band Productions Chief prior to first concert evolution.
