Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is seeking sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns, to include: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns,that capable to provide Warehouse Support Services as specified in the DRAFT Performance Work statement (PWS). The required services shall be performed at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes only and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS to include: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. NAICS Code: 493110, General Warehousing and Storage Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of S215/ Warehousing and Storage Services and NAICS Code of 493110 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company ™s name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 493110, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all the former rapid gate requirements, now replaced with the Defense Biometric Identification system for access to military sites/property/ installations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted via email to angel.mateo@navy.mil by 4:00 P.M. EST, May 17 2019. Any questions about the draft PWS must be submitted in writing to angel.mateo@navy.mill.
