Description
Question: The cover page of the PWS communicates this program as a solicitation under T4NG. Does that mean that only T4NG contract holders can respond to the RFI? Does TAC contemplate using another vehicle for this procurement? Answer: The Government is currently conducting market research and has not yet finalized its acquisition strategy. The RFI has been posted to the Federal Opportunities webpage. Therefore, any responsible sources are permitted to provide a response to this RFI. Question: Under section 1.0 of the PWS, the Government states that VA will identify eligible applications/systems on an on-going basis.  This list of applications/systems is subject to change over time and does not guarantee support will be provided for any specific application/system under this TO. As part of this TO, the Contractor may support one or more of the following Corporate & Enterprise applications: To help potential bidders prepare accurately for this task order, would the Government supply the full list of applications under Corporate & Enterprise from which applications may be chosen for support under this task order? Answer: The Government is unable to identify new and/or transitioning applications at this time. The purpose of the structure of the PWS was to provide a method of flexibility allowing the Government to add applications as optional task as they emerge development and/or transition to TRS.  Our model is based on a T-Shirt Size model. Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large. See section 5.3 of the PWS for details on size of team needed. Question: Will the Government extend the due date of responses? Answer: The due date of response is extended until Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT 877-472-3779 or fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
