- This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to exercise an option on a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract for MBTI Personality Assessments for the United States Naval Academy. The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Subpart 19.5 “ Set-asides for small business. The contract action is for commercial personality assessments for which the Government awarded a sole source contract to CPP, Inc on 17 May 2017 for $20,535.00. NAVSUP FLCN awarded N0018917P0773 to CPP, Inc., for the procurement of the following commodities: (QTY:1200) MBTI Profile Report (QTY:1) Skill One Site Renewal Fee This contract action is a 100% small-business set aside. The Period of Performance of the option that will be exercised is 01 July 2019 through 20 June 2020, with two additional option years through 2022 remaining. Place of Performance is United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD 21402. The Product Code is 69 “ Training Aids. The NAICS code is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. This notice is not for a request of competitive proposals. The intent of this notice is to satisfy FAR 17.207(c)(4). There is no closing response date.
