- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912R1-JuneYellowRibbon and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-05-22 12:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The National Guard - District of Columbia requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: CLIN0001: Meeting Space/Breakout Rooms with audio visual package and set up (10 rooms) IAW attached Statement of Work., 10, EA; LI 002: CLIN0002: Lodging:Approximately 10 rooms for 7 June 2019. Government per diem rate applies. Request late checkout time of 1300. No Federal Taxes will be paid for rooms, under this contract, as the Federal Government is tax exempt. IAW attached Statement of Work., 10, EA; LI 003: CLIN0003: Meals All meals will not exceed the Government Per Diem rate. Hotel should provide sample of proposed menu with estimated cost that takes into consideration the following factors; cost, nutrition, suitability for mixed population of adults, teenagers and children, and ability to respond to special dietary requirements. Saturday schedule: 8 June, 2019 for 436 people (1) Breakfast (0730 to 0830): Pastry snacks, Juices, coffee, tea, and water (2) 1st Break (0930 “ 1000) : Hors d ™oeuvre, Juices, coffee, tea and water (3) Lunch (1200 to 1300): Pasta with meat and sauce selection, breads, rolls etc., tossed salad, pasta salad, cakes and cookies (4) 2nd Break (1430 “ 1500): Hors d ™oeuvre, Juices, coffee, tea and water (5) Beverage availability during event hours: coffee, tea, water, soda Minimum of two buffet lines- double sided Note: If two large rooms are not available, one room would be acceptable for both general session and dining.
