- NSN: 5340-01-512-0408, Nonmetallic Bumper, Breeze Eastern part number BL-15975-5. Drawings are not available. Contractors who are not qutoing the approved manufacuturing source are considered to be Alternate Offers and may submit a Sourrce Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for future awards contingent upon the review/approval/acceptance of the SAR package. The quantity is 180. This is an unrestricted procurement. The RFQ will be issued as an other than full and open competition. The applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR 13.5 procedures. FOB Origin, Destination Inspection applies. Price and Past Performance will be evaluation factors. The requested delivery is 300 days. The estimated solicitation issue date is 3/4/19. The solicitation will become available on DIBBS after the issue date. The DIBBS website is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is 3/20/19.
