THIS IS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PROPOSAL ABSTRACTS, QUOTATIONS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS   The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Business sources and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. All businesses responding should be capable of delivering Microbiology Reagents Analysis Cost Per Test as requested by the Atlanta, Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Decatur, GA 30033. The NAICS: 334516 DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all equipment and services as requested (See attached SOW for additional information).
