Description

NAVFAC Washington PWD Patuxent River, Maryland is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to Provide Replace Carpet in Building 2113; located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to Demo and properly dispose of carpet and vinyl cove base, install carpet and vinyl cove base in B2113 Rooms 101, 101A, 102, 103, 104, 105, and 106 Mastic and floor tile were tested for asbestos. Results were negative for asbestos. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be 90 calendar days after award. The solicitation will be available on or about 04-JUNE-2019 with an anticipated quote due date of 18-JUNE-2019, and an estimated award date of 05-JULY-2019. The solicitation (along with any attachments) will be available to view and download at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION.
