Page 3 of 3 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22-L is seeking a source to perform Trane CenTraVac ® R newal Program on chiller CH-1 at/for the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHCS) located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Sourced vendor shall provide all necessary and appropriate equipment, expertise, incidentals, materials, parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation, and Trane qualified / certified labor personnel required to perform chiller CH-1 Trane CenTraVac ® R newal Program in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Sourced vendor must be a Trane authorized service representative and possess credentials indicating such from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Trane. Vendor shall perform all services in accordance with The Joint Commission, industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws / regulations. Please see attached draft statement of work (SOW) for pertinent information which details the Government s needs. All interested parties who can perform these chiller services shall provide a written response to this notice and include the following: Company name, Address, Point of contact, Phone, fax, and email, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business [NOTE: If you are an SDVOSB or VOSB, you must submit your certification from the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/)], Provide a copy of your company s current Representations and Certifications from www.sam.gov, Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested service, to include Trane authorized service provider documentation, past and/or current contracts for same services, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities; and If possible, provide an estimated cost for this service.
