- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for Seattle USCH Upper Pond Waterproofing project. See attached Solicitation including Statement of Work and Photos for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside only under NAICS 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All work under this contract will be performed at: Seattle U.S. Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, Seattle, WA 98101. A Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019 at 12:00 PM in Pacific Daylight Saving Time. Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Friday, June 21, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time), and completing contract performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
