- This amendment is for the purpose of providing the following question and answer: Q: Attachment 1 Paragraphs C4 and C.6.2. and Exhibit A Item 0002 Item 02 require poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) test certification. Must the vendors perform their own testing, or could they provide the certification from the manufacturer? A: So long as they have been PAO tested per ASME AG-1-2017 Article FK-5000 and have UL-586 labels as required by the contract, that's not an issue. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
