- Amendment 1: 1. deleted size standard to avoid confusion. There is NO anticipated set-aside 2. amended language to reflect: "-provide feedback on how the SOW can be made less restrictive to allow for maximum competition and to ensure commerciality" 3. deleted "Therefore, do NOT submit proposals or questions in response to this document." All feedback is encouraged in response to this synopsis. Please use the attached template to provide that feedback. ----------------------------BREAK----------------------------------- Virtual Reality Upgrade to Mixed Reality The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for Virtual Reality (VR) Upgrade to Mixed Reality (MR) at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, logistics, tools and materials to modify the current VR equipment (12 systems) at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) in accordance with the tasks and objectives found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation will be unrestricted with NO set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611512. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. However, the Government reserves the right to change this evaluation method after considering responses from industry. The anticipated deliverable dates are found in the SOW.
