- The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a concessions prospectus on May 20, 2019, for a 10-year concession contract for ferry transportation and related services at Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island. The new contract is expected to be effective October 1, 2020. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that no preferred Offeror for this contract exists.
