This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The associated NAICS code is 333924. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business on VIP (Vendor Information Pages) under the corresponding NAICS were solicited on April 22,2019 via email. This announcement is posted per the FAR requirements. All businesses submitting an quote must be registered on https://www.sam.gov, prior to award. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for a forklift in accordance with the specifications below. The delivery address is Hines Information Technology Center, 5000 South 5th Ave, Bldg 37. Door 16, Hines, IL, 60141. REQUIREMENTS One new four (4) wheel Electric Sit-Down Forklift. Forks must lift no more than 3000 to 3500 lbs. Forks: 3-stage mask Forks must be able to side shift and tilt. Forks must be able to move in and out No fork positioner Forklift must have safety back up lighting and audio warning. 48V Battery and charger are required. Required A/C Input: 480 Volts. Solid rubber tires This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 13.106-2 and 13.5, and as supplemented by agency procedures.
