- I am offering a second site visit for anyone who did not get to attend today. It will be on Tuesday the 28th. Please let me know if anyone is interested and we can set up a time. Additionally, I want to express that my intent is to award this contract on the 30th. From conversations with the Airport leadership team I found that if we start performance on June 4th through the 12th the vendor will have obstructed access to the runway, meaning that a crane will be able to be placed on the runway due to flying operations will be closed during that time. I acknowledge that the 4th is soon to mobilize but the benefit to the contractor is substantial. We are willing to allow extending working hours beyond our standard 7-4:30 and the weekend of the 8th and 9th is available for work. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
