Description

This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) purchase program. A Sources Sought Notice for this requirement was previously publicized under solicitation number SPE60219R0711 on May 8, 2019. The Sources Sought Notice has closed and market research is complete. The fuel procured from this buy will cover various locations in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region of the United States. The ordering period is the date of award through March 31, 2021. The delivery period is April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 with a 30-day carryover. The methods of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1 and full and open competition after exclusions of sources IAW FAR 6.2. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
