- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the INSTALLATION OF A TEMPERATURE AND FLOW MONITORING SYSTEM located in Lacrosse, WI and in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0219Q0096 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying and Controlling Industrial Process Variables.
