Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) COCOM C2 Division (HBC), Offutt AFB, NE, is seeking qualified sources to perform software development services providing all tasks required for the maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement of software/system portfolios for the Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN), Nuclear Command and Control (NC2), and other HBC directed software development activities, as necessary. Tasks include, but are not limited to, project management, software/system engineering, testing (automated and manual, including security penetration), configuration management, cybersecurity, database management, quality assurance, and on-site comprehensive product support. HBC is transforming development processes to promote rapid, high quality, continuous software deliveries (e.g., Agile software development methodologies). The government is contemplating awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract with an ordering period of five (5) years, plus one (1) four (4) year option with an overall contract value of less than $1B.
