- Data Processing NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought notice to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, which has a corresponding size standard $15 Million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify the company ™s small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three (3) years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime contractor and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Program Details: The requirement is to renew current services to analyze and process hydrographic and bathymetric datasets collected by a variety of survey platforms of NAVOCEANO. Services require a mixture of manning levels and shall include personnel experienced in program management, system operations and hydrographic surveying. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies the scope and the minimum support coverage in order to meet the goals of the requirement. Please refer to the Draft PWS. Schedule: This effort is planned to begin in Fiscal Year 2019 4. General Information: All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and no information will be returned. The U.S. Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. Any information obtained will be considered market research and may be used as a general concept; however any specific information will be treated as proprietary information and safeguarded, if marked as proprietary.
