- Sole Source. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a modification for a one month extension to the period of performance (1 -30 June 2019) to the Tropics Test Support Service (TTSS) contract, which is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract on a sole source basis with TRAX International Corporation, 8337 W, Sunset Rd. Ste. 250, Las Vegas NV 89113-2211. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for test support services for technical and engineering special services to the Tropic Regions Test Center (TRTC) in support of its mission to plan and conduct tropic environmental developmental tests on a wide variety of military electronic systems, materials, weapons, and equipment.
