- The VA PALO ALTO HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VAPAHCS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with L1 Enterprises Inc. The proposed contract action is for scrub dispenser with install and training. The requested scrub dispenser is proprietary, from the manufacturer IPA and L1 Enterprises was determined as the only SDVOSB authorized distributor. This action is in accordance with VAAR 819.7007 sole source awards intended to a verified service-disabled veteran-owned small business. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no competitive solicitation will be issue. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses or questions must be e-mailed to Rachael.Becker@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing capability statements will be provided by the Government.
